The Cologne University of Music and Dance, WDR, and ARS Produktion have joined forces to bring us this high-quality album featuring some stars of tomorrow- the Malevich Ensemble. The group has been making performance rounds at Universities, Conservatories, and Festivals across Europe, always to great acclaim. The Malevich Ensemble consists of violinist Andre Roszyk, violist Ian Psegodschi, cellist Stephane Giampellegrini, and pianist Georgy Voylochnikov, all young masters of their craft. For their program they have chosen to feature quartets by Camille Saint-Saens and Sergej Tanejew.
