Beth Sanders is a twenty-three year old career woman, but taking a new job leads her to love and motherhood. After a terrible accident Beth is unable to live the life she once had. She finds it difficult to come to terms with the fact that her daughter, Ruby, will never have a proper childhood as Beth becomes increasingly dependent upon her daughter.
