Why would someone brutally attack a young doctor and leave him permanently brain damaged? As the parents viewed their son in his infantile state, their world collapsed around them, and his girlfriend abruptly abandoned him. The police had no answer, and the father's heart hardened with anger and resentment. Years later, after the airing of a TV show, several characters who were caught in the ripples of the young man's ordeal surfaced. The girlfriend suddenly returned, but what secret did she reveal that caused the resentment to recede? And after the mastermind of the attack was unmasked, what happened to the father's burning anger? What caused him to conclude that "true justice can only be served when evil people administer justice to themselves." The book Ripples from a Broken Soul is a gripping tale of love, devotion, and human suffering that finally culminates in hope and absolution.
