Rifle Squad - Paperback

MCRP 3-10A.4 is a Marine Corps Reference Publication that provides tactics, techniques, and procedures for rifle squad employment and captures lessons learned from recent decades of conflict. It is the most current version of Marine Corps Doctrine for the Infantry Rifle Squad.

The Marine Corps rifle squad is the fundamental maneuver unit of the Marine Corps infantry. It is organized to provide multiple fire units and mutually supporting combined arms effects on the battlefield. Time and again, the tide of a battle has been changed through a squad leader's decisive employment of their squad. This publication's purpose is to serve as the primary guide for squad leaders to organize, train, and employ their squads.
