Anne Marchant, PhD. is a retired university professor and administrator. While she made most of her career in teaching information technology, her doctorate was in Ancient Near Eastern Studies. In addition to local history, her current interests include social and environmental justice. She is married and serves several adopted cats with abject devotion.
