Winningham, Juliette: - Juliette Winningham was born April 1, 1959, in farm country near Cedar Rapids, Iowa. She graduated from BCLUW High School in 1977. Juliette is a proud Communications graduate of Rockhurst University, located in Kansas City, Missouri.
