Description
We all have some emotional baggage which has resulted because of the things we have gone through in life. In this book, baggage is referred to as leftover feelings resulting from emotional pain and psychological bruises from the past. Baggage usually causes bitterness, fear, doubt, suspicion, distrust, withdrawal, hesitation, or failure to love or be loved; and these feelings are hidden behind a big invisible wall that you walk around with to protect yourself from getting hurt again. When we hear the term 'emotional baggage' we automatically think of women, but men carry emotional baggage inside as well. When this baggage has not been appropriately dealt with, it seeps out and little by little and sabotages new relationships that would otherwise have long-term potential.
