Synopsis: Reflections in Nature was written originally in response to the enormous suffering of the COVID pandemic and seeks to continue to look at nature and reflective writing, both poetry and journaling, as a way of opportunities for people to reflect in a deeper way about their lives and what is significant for them. Along with the Reflections from the poems and photographs, there is space for people to journal each week and take time out in the natural world or city parks.
Autobiography: Martin Norman is a counsellor and outdoor instructor who believes passionately that God's love can be seen and experienced in the natural world and captured in writing and reflection, to enhance and help restore people's lives. He works as a therapist in a UK post abuse service, and has a private counselling practice and has also written a book 'Environmental Therapy' for therapists who work to help children and young people. He has previously written poetry for the Poetry Church (small press) in the UK, and lives in Cornwall, UK, with his wife, Sue
