Stronge is president and CEO of Stronge and Associates Educational Consulting, LLC, an educational consulting company that focuses on teacher and leader effectiveness with projects internationally and in many U.S. states. Additionally, he holds a distinguished professorship--the Heritage Professor of Education--in the Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership (EPPL) Area at the College of William & Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia. He teaches doctoral courses within the School of Education's Educational EPPL Program, with a particular focus on human resource leadership, legal issues in education, and research design.
Xu, Xianxuan: -Xianxuan Xu received her Doctor of Philosophy degree from William & Mary's Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership Program in 2011. Since 2011, Xu has worked on teacher and principal evaluation projects as a Research Associate at William & Mary and, since 2014, as a Senior Research Associate with Stronge and Associates Educational Consulting, LLC.
