No Limit to Love - CD

Rising to fame in the late 1950s with his infectious brand of rock and roll music, Lloyd Price was always characterised by his distinctive voice, driving rhythm, and catchy melodies. An extremely popular figure in the early days of rock and roll and a tireless performer throughout his long and illustrious career, he established himself as one of the most influential figures of his time and has carved out a legacy that will have a lasting impact on the evolution of rock and roll and R&B music for many years to come. Price's music drew inspiration from many styles of African American music, such as blues, gospel, and jazz, which were masterfully blended with his own rock and roll sound to create a collection of unique and dynamic songs which are collected here on tracks including 'Marianne', 'No Limit to Love' and 'Lawdy Miss Clawdy'.
