Prayer & Petition is one of the first publications as part of the Ezra 710(TM) Plan discipleship series. Prayer is part of the Armor of God and is very powerful when exercised properly. Prayer is not something we do that is a separate activity such as playing a sport or engaging in a hobby. It is our very life. It is who we are. We are children of God and we talk to our Father all the time and every day. It is no idle chore. Prayer is the asking, seeking and knocking that opens the door to the most exciting life imaginable. This book is composed of five main sections: Intimate, Inhibit, Infinite, In to it and Inform it. In Intimate we look at the many dimensions of prayer and petition and discuss how they can enhance our relationship with the Lord. Inhibit candidly talks about common pitfalls that prevent us from praying as we should. Infinite discusses the amazing power that is available to us. In to it relays some very tangible ways to get started on our prayer and petition time. In the last section, Inform it, we talk about ways we can teach others to pray.
