The text addresses the impact of inclusive education, identification and assessment of student learning needs, multi-tiered systems of support, and ways to meet the needs of all students through differentiated learning. In addition, readers learn about co-teaching, planning for instruction, and working with students who have significant disabilities. The book features clearly stated objectives to help readers focus their learning, key terms, engaging discussion questions, and application activities.
