Kariyawasam, Hiruni: - Hiruni Kariyawasam is a children's book illustrator from Ambalangoda, Sri Lanka. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design from the University of Moratuwa, one of Sri Lanka's leading universities. Now working full-time as a children's book illustrator, Hiruni brings over five years of professional experience to her work. She enjoys creating heartwarming illustrations that appeal to young readers, using traditional watercolour techniques in her signature style.
