Born to an addicted mother and placed in foster care at the youngest possible age, Justin was birthed into the life of being another statistic. He spent his youth surviving in the streets any way he could, which landed him in and out of jail for over 9 years of his 30-year life.

Stepping from the sidewalk, with one foot cemented in the streets, Justin desired what this life would not give. Now, a single father of three boys and a man changed, he navigates away from street-life. How does one abandon the only world they know with only a hope for greener pastures and bluer skies? After countless battles both mental and physical, Justin works towards the greatest triumph of all, a better life.
