Mesmer, Patrick S.: - Patrick S. Mesmer and Patricia (Tricia) Mesmer are both longtime residents of Stuart, Florida. They both have a passion for history and music. When Patrick is not busy writing, working at his full-time job or teaching, he volunteers as a tour guide at Gilbert's Bar House of Refuge, a well-known local historical site.
