This book intentionally has no table of contents and no titles of individual writings. It's meant for you to find those words that speak to you, whatever it is you're going through at any given time, by simply opening the book to no specific page. Then you can give your own titles to what you find herein that moves your heart.

While it is acknowledged this is highly divergent it is the intent of the author and publisher that this collection of writings be "used" rather than simply "read." Thank you for indulging us.
