Steve and his wife, Arlene, returned to Southeast Asia in 1986 to lead a network of church planting teams. Since 1999, Steve has served as president of Pioneers-USA. Over 400 Pioneers teams currently impact nearly 500 people groups worldwide. The Richardsons have four daughters and a growing number of grandchildren. Sarah Nunnally is a wife, mother, and friend of God. She is a talented graphic designer, artist, and writer who spent eight years serving amongst the beautiful people groups of Asia. She has two little ones that inspire her globally focused and colorful illustrations. Sarah desires to give young families a compassionate understanding of different cultures, a heart for the nations, and the tools to embrace their role in God's plan around the world. If she could be anywhere, she would be sipping milk tea in her neighbor's home in Kathmandu, Nepal.
