Paris Reckoning - Paperback

She walked away from war. War followed her to ParisAfter twenty years commanding U.S. Army operations across three continents - and a final, classified CIA assignment in the lawless West African Sahel - Colonel Sandrine Brennan has seen enough. She turns down a promotion to full colonel and does something she has never done: she chooses herself.

Paris. A new life. An elite security firm built on her own terms.

And for the first time, a man worth staying for.

Then Steve vanishes.

No warning. Only a letter - detailed, prepared, and utterly without explanation. A photograph. A cache of unexplained cash. And the growing certainty that the man she loved had been waiting for this moment long before she knew him.

Sandi's search pulls her from Paris's gilded diplomatic salons into the hidden passages beneath the city - and into the heart of a covert network that powerful people on two continents have spent years and fortunes protecting. The criminal pipeline she dismantled in Africa wasn't the end of something. It was the edge of something much larger.

And now they know her name.

To find Steve - and survive what's coming - Sandi will have to become exactly the weapon the Army spent twenty years making her.

Paris Reckoning launches an electrifying new series featuring one of thriller fiction's most compelling new protagonists - while bringing back fan favorites from the acclaimed Eddie Grant series.
