From New Line Cinema, Peter Jackson and Warner Bros. comes J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit, brought to the big screen in an epic trilogy. Weta Workshop was thrilled to return to Middle-earth once again, contributing design, specialty props and specialty costumes to all three films.
This painstakingly detailed print of Bilbo Baggins (in the likeness of Martin Freeman, who played Bilbo in The Hobbit) comes from the pen of the inimitable artist and calligrapher Daniel Reeve of the 3Foot7 Art Department. Daniel and the crew at 3Foot7 worked on both The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies, and their artists and craftspeople are behind many of our beloved collector's items.
The young master of Bag End - Bilbo Baggins - as seen in his journal in the opening sequence of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey.
Portrait of Bilbo Baggins is reproduced on 140 gram art stock. The edges are diecut, adding to the authenticity and making for a beautiful little print.
The print comes flat with a sturdy piece of cardboard, individually packaged for further protection. It has logos and legal text on the reverse - none on the front.
"Our authentic prop replicas and collectibles are created by the very same artists who have worked on the three films, so effectively they come straight from Middle-earth."
