İlknur Kumkale received the title of Associate Professor in management and strategy in 2015. Currently, she works in the Department of Management and Organization under the Department of Business Administration of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Trakya University, Turkey, and teaches various courses (business administration, strategic management, etc.). She was awarded the "Woman Entrepreneur of the Year" by Keşan Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2013 and is Member of the High Advisory Board of the same institution. She holds the memberships of several organizations like Faculty of Economics Alumni Association, Turkey Charity Association, Turkish Association of University Women, Edirne/Kesan Women Entrepreneurs Board Member, Trakya University Quality and Strategy Development Group, Department of Business AACSB Commission (Strategy & Quality & Ethics Compliance). She is Certified Public Accountant.
