Spanyi, Andrew: - Andrew Spanyi's work in the area of Business Process Management is recognized internationally. Andrew has delivered keynote speeches on process management principles at conferences in North America, Europe, Africa and Australia. He has published over 40 articles in a broad cross-section of magazines. Since 1992 Andrew has worked on over 140 major process improvement projects and developed several sales and management training programs. He is an editorial board member for the BPM Institute, a part-time instructor in Babson College's MBA Program and a Research Associate in the Process Management Research Center at Babson College. He was formerly a director of the Association of Business Process Management Professional (ABPMP) and the former Chair of the ABPMP education committee.
