Christopher's new home was filled with a variety of colorful feline characters. As he struggled to find his place among the other cats, he wondered if a baker's dozen was a bad thing and if being crazy was a problem.

With endearing characters and sweet storytelling, this book shares the tale of a little kitten searching for his place in his new world and finding a lot of love along the way.

ONE CAT SHORT OF CRAZY is based on the true story of our kitten, Christopher. We adopted him from Fur Babies Rescue and brought him home to live with his two sisters and our ten other cats.

The conversation between Soft Lady and Tall Man took place right in our kitchen as my husband and I laughed about this tiny kitten being the one to finally make us crazy. I'm happy to report that we truly are crazy about this little guy, and we love our life with our baker's dozen.

We'd also like to encourage you to please adopt fur babies if you're able and donate to rescue organizations if you can. There are lots of cats and dogs looking for their forever homes.
