Old Recipe Collection: From the Central Region of Virginia - Paperback

Don Bobbitt is an author of several books including a reference book on Food terms and preparation methods titled FOOD FACTS. He and his wife, Helen have been avid cooks and entertainers for decades, and their cooking skills have grown over the years. They presently travel around the country in their RV, and sample the regional foods. And, when possible they acquire recipes from diverse sources including restaurants, old cookbooks, and even, at times, just slips of paper from proud Cooks and Chefs. Don and Helen have sorted through their collection and begun publishing their favorite recipes in a series of books called "Old Recipes," of which this is the first volume.
