Okinawa Kobudo - Volume II - Paperback

This is Volume II sporting Hanshi Leif Hermansson, 10th Dan Karate and Okinawa Kobudo and his extensive Kobudo curriculum. Okinawa Kobudo Volume II - 3rd Kyu to 1st Dan black belt - features the basic techniques (Kihon) of three weapons: Nunchaku, Kama and Tekko.
