People often remind Jamillah of the many things that happened to her. She tries to encourage them to look at it from a different perspective. These things not only happened to her, but God also allowed them to happen through her. He had to. An unordinary soldier has to fight unordinary battles. Doesn't God give the toughest battles to His strongest soldiers? Well, that's you!
In No Ordinary Soldier, you are reminded through her story to keep the faith no matter the fight. After all, the fight is already fixed. God just needs you to stay on the battlefield. She desires that all readers are inspired to keep on fighting in the army of the Lord.
As a wife of over 20 years, she tells an unordinary love story. Being a mother of four amazing children, she shows an unordinary strength. As the first lady of Landmark Fellowship Church and founder of Beacons of Light Women's Ministry, she displays an unordinary faith. As an entrepreneur of Compass Learning Center and Divine Design Efliers, she shows an unordinary determination. As a Covid-19 survivor, she shows an unordinary will to live.
Jamillah challenges you to keep the faith and continue to fight. From the day you were born, God wasn't just training you to fight; He has been preparing you to win! So, never give up on yourself. Besides, you are not average. You are no ordinary soldier!
