Anthony Jacks worked in sales, sales management and marketing before joining a management institute and then moving into consultancy and training. He was a Director of a medium sized consultancy before setting up his own operation. He now has more than twenty-five years experience as a successful trainer, working in a wide variety of industries and in overseas markets as well as the United Kingdom. He specializes in developing communications skills such a selling, negotiation, business writing and making presentations. He has also written on a variety of business matters and is the author of How to be Better at Marketing (Kogan Page).
