The hardest thing for me was to understand the reality of emotions, especially grief. Grief is not an easy process for anybody to deal with, and each person has their own way to deal with it. Writing this book was therapeutic in many ways. I was able to reflect and face the pains that I simply wanted to hide from.

Bahe, Adriel: - As a woman in the military, I was battling many demons. One of which was being diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). Mental health, along with grief, has been a part of my being. I am a daughter who lost her father, a mother who lost her son, and many others whom I hold near and dear to me. Instead of spiralling into a deep depression, I took control of my emotions and put them in writing. I hope that in my writing, others will find comfort in my writing.
