My Journey to Freedom - Paperback

Have you ever gone through a time in your life where you felt like black clouds were just following you around? Wondering where God was through it all? You go through struggles trying everything on your own- striving to heal, to move forward, and to finally forgive the person who hurt you. But instead, you find yourself stuck in the same painful cycles, longing for the joy and freedom that you sense is right around the corner. I completely understand, because I have been there too.

Eight years after my divorce, my ex-husband actually became a criminal. Can you even imagine? I walked through abandonment, fear, uncertainty, survival, heartbreak, financial ruin, and two court battles in just five years. This left me wondering... Would I ever find joy again and live the life I had always dreamed of, or find love with a husband who would cherish me? But guess what? It happened!

When I made the decision to go "all in" and never miss church, choosing to volunteer/serve, and fully trusting God and all of His promises, I finally began to walk in true healing. I was able to release the pain of my past and embrace all of the good things God had waiting for me.
