Sue served on the Alliance for Boys & Girls Clubs of America and gave her time to Mainstay, a domestic violence center. In 1993, she and Tom helped bring a dream to life by founding the Boys & Girls Club of Henderson County. Sue shaped its arts program and wrote the grants that helped open its doors-creating a place where children could feel safe, inspired, and seen.That same year, she picked up a paintbrush.What began as a simple creative outlet became something much more meaningful. Through her art, Sue has raised over $700,000 to support the Boys & Girls Club. Today, her creative spirit continues to expand into pottery, and in December 2025, she opened the Sue Fazio Art Gallery on Main Street in Hendersonville-a space filled with color, joy, and purpose.At the heart of it all is gratitude.
