As the original vocalist of the groundbreaking band Poi Dog Pondering, Abra Moore helped create the alternative folk breakthrough of the mid-'80s. As an Austin-based singer/songwriter, Abra's 1995 solo debut album, Sing, became an Adult Alternative hit and garnered some of the best reviews of the year.
