Moniquea's "Do It Again" is feel-good modern funk at it's finest. MoFunk Records continues in their tradition of creating new and futuristic sounds, largely inspired by the blueprints of 80's boogie & 90's g-funk. The words are all about the uncertainty of a perfect love coming along at the most imperfect time. Over bouncy, analog synth stabs courtesy of producer XL Middleton, the mood on this one remains optimistic and hopeful.
