Jay Egg is a certified geothermal designer and founder of Egg Systems, an HVAC services company focused on geothermal technology. He is a sought-after expert on geothermal HVAC, and his team has written hundreds of web articles on the topic. Jay is the lead author of Geothermal HVAC: Green Heating and Cooling (McGraw-Hill, 2010).

Greg Cunniff is an Application Engineering Manager with Taco Hydronics, a manufacturer and world authority in the field of controls and pumping technologies related to geothermal HVAC. Taco recently broke ground on a $20 million training facility in Cranston, RI, where they will be training up to 200 students at a time, focusing on geothermal technologies.

Carl Orio is a geothermal heat pump systems design engineer, serving as Chairman of Water Energy Distributors, Inc. He is a Certified GeoExchange Designer (Cert#23), and directs and actively participates in training programs for geothermal design engineers and installers. Carl has authored hundreds of transactions, manuals, seminars, and papers on geothermal applications.
