Earth A.D. / Wolfs Blood

"Earth A.D. / Wolfs Blood" is the second studio album by Misfits, released in December 1983. It was the band's final album before their breakup in October 1983 and marked a shift from their horror punk roots to a more aggressive hardcore punk and proto-thrash sound. This heavier, faster style influenced later thrash metal and hardcore bands. The album became highly influential in extreme punk and metal circles, with bands like Metallica covering "Green Hell" and "Die, Die My Darling."
