This book is written for a very diverse group of audience, from young professionals to experienced leaders, mining industry advocates, researchers, government entities to academic institutions, this book intends to give a clear understanding of maintenance practices in gold mine industries, help beginners and community surrounding mining industries understand the extend of work and the benefit of the maintenance department in the mining industry in general and in gold mine particularly.
