Make Your Prayer More Meaningful

Mindful Prayer, Dr. Norman Goldwasser's third book, is a thoughtful guide to help those who wish to have a more meaningful, connected spiritual experience through prayer. What makes this book unique is its clinical approach to understanding what holds people back from praying mindfully and being spiritually connected through prayer.

Its thorough examination of the factors that impede mindful prayer, helpful suggestions and strategies for improving the ability to focus while praying, and relatable case studies all contribute to its usefulness and impact. Anyone who reads this book and takes it seriously is likely to have a more meaningful prayer experience. It's a must-read for anyone who wants to be more spiritually connected through prayer.
