Mind Over Spirit: Unmasking the True Enemy of Christian Unity - Paperback

For generations, the Church has waged war against external enemies-Satan, false doctrines, and cultural opposition-while overlooking one of its most insidious internal threats: disunity. Often ascribed to a "spirit", disunity increasingly penetrates and weakens the fabric of the body of Christ. This book challenges the assumption that disunity is inflicted upon the church by a "spirit of disunity" and offers a radical reframe. What if disunity isn't primarily a spiritual issue, but a "frame of mind" one rooted in the human mind?

Drawing from Scripture and spiritual psychology, Mind Over Spirit reveals how egoism and egotism-deep-seated mindsets of self-centered ambition and inflated self-worth-are the true saboteurs of unity in the body of Christ. It reveals how these two mental viruses quietly undermine relationships, ministries, and movements, even among believers who share the same heart and spirit.

Through biblical case studies, theological reflection, and a deep dive into Philippians 2, this book equips readers to diagnose the real source of division and embrace the transformative power of renewed thinking. It calls the Church to shift its focus from battling spirits to confronting mindsets-and to rediscover unity as a divine imperative, not a sentimental ideal.

Whether you're a pastor, ministry leader, or believer longing for deeper harmony in your church or community, Mind Over Spirit offers a fresh lens and practical roadmap for restoring the unity Jesus prayed for-and the Church desperately needs.
