An ancient evil that was locked away long ago lurks in the shadows waiting to be unleashed once again. After centuries of careful palnning and manipulation, a global cyber attack is launched that renders our world's technology useless and turns man against one another. The demise of our world and its inhabitants is only the first step in the Forsaken's plan for revenge against those who imprisoned them for so long. As madness and chaos ensue, Beau Sittler is deceived by a being known as Murmur and finds himself being slowly possessed by a mysterious cloak belonging to an ancient entity. Using the power that the cloak gives him, Beau vows to use it to protect those he loves while he still can, making him one of our world's last hopes...unless the entity claims him first.
Edwin J. Stokirmas continues to use his writing as a therapeutic means to help him deal with the demons within. He writes when time allows as he works at his regular job by day and lives in Canada.
