The welcome return of the illustrious producer M.C.B., who, as a young man starting out in South Florida, proved to be instrumental in the birth of beats that would come to define the burgeoning hip-hop and bass scenes and all it's offshoots. His groundbreaking electro-hip-hop 1985 12", "Fresh Beats," heralded in a new era. The great news is that he's back with the brilliant new full-length, "Fresh Beats Have Returned," and he hasn't lost a step.
