He is the author of Images of America: Ludington Car Ferries and Oceana County: 1850-1950, and he has written a weekly history column in the Ludington Daily News for the past 10 years. The unique photographs used in this book were culled from residents, the Mason County Historical Society, and the author's personal collection.
