Marundhe Unavu: Parambariyamum Aarokiyamum - Paperback

Invasions and migrations have created major displacement in our culture, lifestyle, food and health. The book unwraps the truth of ancient Tamilian's food culture and its medicinal value, which kept the people healthy for centuries. Nature has already catered to us extremely effective and beneficial food that was available much easier for every disease. All those foods have become very rare now to get, and the value of such precious items was hidden. As centuries passed, the truth was also buried and we have already forgotten who Tamilians are! Revoking the ancient food once again in the name of organic food culture is a new trend of the market. But it has always been with us unnoticed. Countries like Japan, China and many more, still follow their ancient food culture to survive in this critical world. Though some invasions have destroyed our truth, nature has never given up on us.

It still expects us to overcome the foreign food culture craze and embrace our ancient/traditional, healthy food and lifestyle to lead a peaceful and disease-free life.
