Shirley Moulton has a Master of Science degree in Special Education, and two Bachelor's degrees; one in Psychology and one in Special Education. She believes every child, whether classified with a disability or not, has many talents and gifts. She's grateful she can continue to make a positive difference in children's lives, now that she's retired, by writing the Magic Moon Children's Books series. She loves being a mother and a grandmother most of all!
