Translation of part two of A Judo Warrior's Journey Around the Globe 世界横行柔道武者修業 which is a record of Maeda Mitsuyo's exploits overseas. The book, which was published in 1912, was a collaboration between Maeda Mitsuyo and Usuda Zanun, an author from his hometown. Maeda sent dispatches of his exploits back to Japan, where Usuda edited them into first newspaper articles and then into books. The first volume, America 1904 1907, covered Maeda's arrival in New York and his initial exhibition matches at Harvard, Yale and Columbia University as well as the duels he fought in Chicago and the southern United States.
