With friends Leon Russell and Rita Coolidge among others, this DVD includes two dozen incredible songs plus backstage footage, fan interviews and electric performances all remastered in 5.1 surround and stereo, and as an added bonus, a Personal Playlist and a 24-page Pressbook from the original theatrical marketing of the film in 1971. Recorded at Fillmore East during the first week on the road, with a couple of added tracks from a later show at Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, it captures all the excitement and exhilaration of the tour. Thirty-five years on it remains an extraordinary record.
