Loving - Paperback

This book defines the act of loving ourselves and others by using 15 different modalities. It describes ways of practicing these modalities in our everyday lives as people and portrays these modalities through parables of animals with their natural enemies. Practicing these ways have transformed my relationship with myself, others, and the world. It has empowered me to love myself, and love and be loved by others more than I ever have before. My hope is that this book helps others increase the love they have for themselves and share with others, as well as better love those who seem difficult to love.
