Details: The Crimson Wing: Mystery of the Flamingos is a 2008 French documentary that was created by Disney. The original score to the film was composed and performed by The Cinematic Orchestra (with help from the London Metropolitan Orchestra), the UK-based Jazz and Electronic outfit, created in the late '90s by Jason Swinscoe. The film takes place in a remote and forgotten wilderness as one of nature's last great mysteries unfolds: The birth, life and death of a million crimson-winged flamingos. Against a dramatic backdrop of never-before filmed landscapes, these secretive birds struggle to survive and prevail over danger and fate.
