At age 32, Troy Thompson was in the prime of his life. And then came the devastating news. The doctors told him he had ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease)...a disease that has no known cause, no treatment, and is always fatal, usually within 1-3 years. Marilyn Thompson shares their riveting story, giving an intimate look inside their life "on fast forward" and the surprising courage and love discovered along the way. This inspiring story that has been heard around the world through the media shows what it truly means to never give up hope.
