When you let evil into your heart it makes a home there.
When Marianne's routine day spirals out of control and plunges her into a nightmarish life and death ordeal, she seeks revenge against those responsible. From the depths of her despair, she inveigles an artifact imbued with malevolent supernatural powers, and sets a course for her vendetta.
One deed after another succeeds as she exacts her revenge. Having met her objectives, she feels vindicated and ready to return to her prior life. Now she must dispose of the artifact affectionately dubbed 'Little Chappie, ' which she no longer needs.
But Little Chappie, a fiercely loyal companion, subliminally learns of her plans to ungratefully dispose of it, and plots its ultimate revenge... on her.
EVOLVED PUBLISHING PRESENTS another power-packed crime adventure from Down Under, featuring supernatural elements, from the author of such greats as 'The Second Stone' and 'Collateral Damage.'
"A clever, macabre thriller from Down Under, Little Chappie by Eddie Russell is an inventive tale of madness, mayhem, and the consequences of playing with fire. ... this off-kilter crime novel bristles with intensity and a compellingly surreal touch, combining off-kilter horror, a la Sam Raimi, with the pulse of a revenge thriller."
