This narrative focuses on Abba Kyriakos, a renowned hermit of Greek origin from Corinth, who was deeply influenced by the teachings of the Gospel and the lives of biblical figures. Born to devout parents, he dedicated himself to the study of scriptures and sought a life of asceticism. After hearing the call to follow Christ, he traveled to Jerusalem, where he was mentored by holy figures and engaged in rigorous spiritual practices.
