David Griswold graduated from Yale with a BA in English and a writing concentration in poetry, earning the Frederick M. Clapp fellowship for his original poetic works. He is the author of My Zoo, A Book of Feelings; Mother, What is the Moon?, and Fur & Feather Stand Together. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area.


The works of Mexico City artist Luis San Vicente have been exhibited in Mexico, Venezuela, Europe and the U.S. He has won UNESCO's prestigious NOMA Encouragement Concours Prize for Illustration, UNESCO honored his work (1997, 1998 and 1999) in their prestigious Youth and Children's Catalog of Illustrations.
