Directed by Rolf Langenfass and conducted by Rudolf Bibl, the cast includes Harald Serafin as Count Lichtenfels and Sangho Choi as Prince Sou-Chong, who was celebrated as the new Fritz Wunderlich or Peter Anders in this role. Ingrid Habermann was also credited as having been superb in the role of Lisa.
